Today started off hot with the weather and the fishing!We set out the spread at around 7:40 and by 9:00 we had 3 wahoos and a sailfish! Wendell who fished 2 days with us this spring decided to bring his brother Davis,his son Matt,and his cousin Lindsey.By 12:30 Wendell and his family caught 6 wahoos a sailfish,and a white marlin. Just a few minutes before we caught the white marlin,we jumped off another sailfish.Just a few minutes after we caught our white marlin we hooked up to a blue marlin! However a grand slam was not to be in the cards for us today.We pulled the hook after 5 to 7 minutes after hooking the blue marlin.Wish we could have caught him,but it was just not meant to be.However we were all very happy with the days catch of 6 wahoos and a white marlin to go with the early sailfish.
